Thanks to my deplorable sense of orientation (the only thing I seem to be able to find unerringly in every city are the respective opera houses) I stumbled across the final concert of the “Summer Festivities of Early Music” (Letní slavostni staré hudby) in Prague (trip made possible by generous mother-in-law).

Zurich really has it all – mountains AND a lake. AND Harnoncourt conducting at their opera house. And to make all other people envious, you can send postcard of saids opera house (and it’s spectacular 2nd floor terrace with an overview of the lake) to poor Anik to turn her green.
